Hello

I use APEX 5 with Foex 2.1. When I upload an E-Mail (xy.msg) which is an HTML E-Mail (Text and Pictures) then everything seems to work. But if I want to download this file and view it, then there is only the Text in the file. The Pictures are missing or are included as an attachment. It seems that this E-Mail is not HTML any more. Its only TEXT E-Mail.

Does anyone know this problem?

Kind Regards, Christian

Please create a test case, APEX 4.x on demo.tryfoexnow.com or APEX 5.x on trial.tryfoexnow.com

For your test case please make sure you provide your workspace ID and page ID so we can easily identify the environment.

I was using a 3rd party .msg viewer (http://sourceforge.net/projects/msgviewer/)... as far as I'm concerned I cannot see you have any problem...

From your screenshot the attachments are visible in the message header bar.

This is not a FOEX problem it is a problem with your .msg viewer, we will not be responding further to this thread.

I have looked at the files sent via email and what was uploaded and they look pretty much the same. I don't know what your issue is but the file upload plugin is working as expected and the file is intact.

This is really strange. For me it looks like this:

It should look like this... alt text

In full HTML Format. But after upload and download it only shows text and attaches the files in the header.
