I get an error message if I try to run the demo application:
I installed the demos exactly like explained in the documentation. I also have set the SELECT_CATALOG_ROLE role

Thanks for asking, it is the correct one. We have updated the date on the record to avoid any confusion.
It seems we have a incorrect export of the FDOCS application in the updated hot fix release. We have corrected this. Can you please re-download the full release from our support portal and re-install the demo applications.
