Set other items does not work anymore after upgrade

Hello

after upgrade to 2.2 2717 my SET OTHER ITEMS Option does not work any more. Interesting is that if I create an new appication, it works. For application which are upgraded, it does not work. I created a test case. FX_WS_2051

Application 380 is an old application which was upgraded. Here it does not work. Appication 247 is an new appication. Here it works

Interesting is, that the Item is filled after you reload the page but the data is not stored in the database column.
